Justice K.V. Viswanathan was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of India on 19 May 2023. When considering all previous appointments, he was the tenth member of the bar to have been directly appointed to the Supreme Court. He is in line to be the Chief Justice of India from 12 August 2030 to 25 May 2031. He is on track to become the fourth member directly elevated from the bar to assume the position of Chief Justice of India.

1. Essential procedures, tools, and policies will be covered
2. Necessary templates and protocols will be provided
- Prepare briefs summarizing case facts, legal arguments, and relevant case law
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memos and opinions
- Attend court proceedings and meetings, taking detailed minutes
- Interns must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Internships will start on the 1st working day of every month until otherwise specified
- Applications should be submitted 5 weeks before the intended start of the internship.
